Wembrey

On Wednesday we decided to see the movie All Stars and then go to Wembrey beach. It is known for it's tide pools. The kids enjoyed the movie, it's British kids movie about dancing. They LOVED Wembrey because they got to climb all over tons of rocks and explore tide pools. We made sure to be there during low tide. The tide pools here may not be as exciting and colorful as those in Hawaii but they found lots of anemones and enjoyed sticking their finger in and feeling it close and stick to them. We did find one tiny crab and tons of seaweed and some tiny fish. Mostly they loved climbing. This was definitely a favorite place.
